Utilizing multiple cameras to capture each golf swing, your Coach can accurately show you how you are moving your body and club to produce the observed ball flight.

Sportsbox 3D Golf, a cutting-edge swing analysis technology that allows your Coach to provide accurate, measurable data on every aspect of the swing. Using markerless motion capture, the technology tracks over 30 key points on the body to deliver detailed biomechanical insights such as rotation, posture, and sequencing—all without the need for sensors or suits.

For our students, this means moving beyond drawing conclusions from video alone. Instead of relying on visuals alone, players can see and quantify their movements in 3D, compare swings side-by-side, and track progress over time. Our Coaches can use this data to design more personalized and effective training plans, whether in person or remotely.

Sportsbox 3D also enhances the learning environment by delivering instant feedback and clear visualizations, helping players of all levels understand cause-and-effect in their swing. The result is faster improvement, better communication between coach and student, and a more engaging, data-driven training experience.

Measuring more than 40 different parameters of club and ball data on every shot, Trackman gives incredible insights into how the club interacted with the ball to produce the observed ball flight. Coupled with analysis from your Coach, you will gain deeper insights into your strengths and where you can improve. 

The Motion Plate is a unique combination of state-of-the-art pressure plate technology and a highly advanced force plate. Not only can we study detailed foot pressure data and Center of Pressure patterns, but the Motion Plate also provides horizontal and vertical force measurements. From this, we measure the amount of torque and ground reaction forces generated during a golf swing. All Motion Plate data is perfectly synchronized with high-speed video images and data from the Trackman launch monitor.

Making technical improvements is awesome, but let’s be realistic. If they don’t translate to lower scores then they are not helping. SwingU is a simple, rounds analysis app that tracks strokes gained in all areas of your game. This allows your Coach to track and target the areas of your game that have the biggest effect on your scores, as well as track that the changes you are making to your skills are having the desired impact on scoring.
