If you want to shoot low scores then at some stage you will be chipping from greenside rough and have to get up and down to make a good score on a hole. Simply put, if you are unable to play this shot then you are going to lose strokes quickly and have trouble getting your scores as low as you would like.

There is not much that is more frustrating than hitting a great approach shot into a green only to see it run off the green and into deep rough. Chipping the ball close to the hole from the rough can be a challenge, but there are a few keys that if applied can greatly increase your success with this shot.

In this video I explain the steps to success in chipping from greenside rough. This will be an extremely valuable shot to add to your arsenal and will save you many strokes every round you play.
